In 1950 John W. Damisch opened up a LaSalle Street law office in Chicago's financial district, primarily for personal-injury cases. Today, with the addition of partner and son Mark W. Damisch, Damisch & Damisch, Ltd. has grown to be a formidable force in Chicago and surrounding Counties in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, eminent domain/condemnation, automobile collision, premises liability, to name a few. The office of Damisch & Damisch, Ltd. is centrally located in the heart of the loop which allows immediate access to both federal and state courts.
